I am Adara Mendes, born in 1999 amidst the rain-washed streets of Hamburg, with roots that draw half their life from the warm sun of Portugal and the other half grounded in the cool, structured embrace of Germany. From my early teenage years, when I quickly realized that the world doesn't wait around for anyone's dreams, I took the helm of my own life. Courage, for me, was never just a word; it was the only way to navigate the storms—a blank canvas I painted daily with the bold colors of determination and independence. This restless, searching spirit naturally led me to the boundless world of art. Now, having proudly completed my university studies in this field, I smile at the girl looking back at me in the mirror. She is a girl who learned to transform her fears into color and light, and who, with a bravery intertwined with art, became the true creator and architect of her own destiny.
